When using My Archive, we ask you to provide certain information such as your name, institution, user name, password and email address in order to allow access to the data that you have saved. Your email address will only be used if you request a reminder of your password; it will not be passed on to third parties or used for unsolicited mail. Literature Online also operates an electronic mailing list, but this is only sent to users who have requested to receive the list.

ProQuest products use cookie technology to initiate and maintain your session connections. The cookie stores encrypted information verifying your access to the system. Any information we collect is strictly for internal use only and only accessible by authorised users.

We do not disclose any information to third parties and any usage information gathered is strictly for trend analysis and only ever gathered on a library/institution basis.
